Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping within Canada on fire tables, fire pits, Huum Sauna heaters, Homecraft Sauna Heaters, HeatTrak Mats and more.

We offer flat rate shipping to your driveway across Canada on Leisurecraft Saunas.

Hot tubs are only available for delivery within Alberta, unless special arrangements have been made. If you have questions, please contact 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at or store or warehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Some products will take longer than 2 days if they are special ordered from the factory.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11-4,  7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have questions about the status of your order please contact us at 1.587.855.9938

For longer lead time products such as hot tubs, saunas, and fire tables, please contact to receive an update on anticipated shipping time. Please note that all timing must be considered an estimate.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders are final sale, except Hot Tubs ordered online without the ability to see the product in real life, that are shipped within the greater Calgary Area. Please note that shipping to and from the clients home remains the responsibility of the client when returning a hot tub, and the hot tub must be returned in new condition. Please review our return policy for more information.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
