No. We prioritize Backyard Canada customers but can service many major hot tub and swim spa brands sold in Calgary. We’ll confirm compatibility before you sign up.
What areas do you service?
We service Calgary and many surrounding communities. If you’re outside city limits, contact us and we’ll confirm availability and any travel charges in advance.
Are chemicals included in the monthly fee?
Yes. Standard balancing chemicals are included in each visit up to a set allowance per plan. If your water requires unusual treatment, we’ll discuss options and pricing with you before proceeding.
Can you help winterize or restart my spa if I’m not on a plan?
Yes. We offer one-time services for winterization, spring start-up, deep cleans, and diagnostics. Many customers start with a one-time visit and then move to a monthly plan.
