- Pre-drain plumbing purge / line flush treatment
- Drain hot tub
- Full interior shell wipe-down (surfaces, seats, footwell)
- Rinse + wet-vac removal of remaining water/debris
- Clean jets + waterline (light scale/film removal)
- Filter rinse + deep clean (cartridge soak if needed)
- Cover clean + vinyl conditioner (seal/straps inspection)
- Refill hot tub
- Prime pumps / restore circulation (as needed)
- Full water balance + start-up treatment (sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, hardness)
- System settings check (temp, filter cycles, modes)
- Health check of topside items: valves/diverters/controls inspect + lube; jets/air controls verify
- Quick area tidy-up
- Cover Lifter and Cover Inspection
